
Xolo Maridueña is an American actor of Mexican, Cuban, and Ecuadorian descent. Maridueña began acting professionally in 2011. His breakout came at age 10 as Victor Graham in NBC’s Parenthood (2012–2015), appearing in 51 episodes and earning a 2014 Young Artist Award with the cast. He had guest roles in Major Crimes (2013) and Twin Peaks (2017).
Maridueña gained widespread recognition as Miguel Diaz in Netflix’s Cobra Kai (2018–2025), starring in all 65 episodes of the Karate Kid continuation, earning nominations like the 2018 Teen Choice Award and 2021 Imagen Award.
In 2023, he made history as Jaime Reyes in DC’s Blue Beetle, the first live-action Latino superhero film. His voice work includes Batwheels (2022–2024) as Snowy, Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur (2024) as Marvin/Kid Kree, The Boys Presents: Diabolical (2022) as Aqua Agua, and Invincible (2025) as Dropkick/Fightmaster.
His upcoming projects include Smurfs (2025, voice), Killing Castro (post-production), Dog Years (post-production), and Code 3 (completed).
Maridueña also voiced Miguel Diaz in the 2022 video game Cobra Kai 2: Dojos Rising.
