Note: The Northwest Creative Pavilion will feature 80-100 of our most talented local artisans showcasing and selling their products and offerings.  This area will include a panel location and creative classroom, showcasing content and curriculum running throughout both days of the show.  The Creative Pavilion is not an Artist Alley, but rather a place set aside where we can celebrate an array of local creators and crafters in their own designated area where they won’t become hidden in the regular vendor area.

Crafter, Handmade, and Maker Booth Rates and Details

The Washington State Summer Con will feature 7 to 12 vendor booths designated for individuals who produce products related to the comic and/or pop culture market that is not an art print or digital medium.  Examples include, but are not limited to, candles, household items, jewelry, handmade clothing etc.  Sales of merchandise, other than those produced by you are not permitted.

All applications will jury reviewed, considered, and scored via a standard rubric factoring the craft, creativity, execution, appeal to Summer Con attendees, social media influence, successful past participation, and previous efforts of promotion. Our jury process allows us to curate a Crafter’s Row that has a selection that is varied, meaningful, inspiring, and exciting for attendees while also being balanced and profitable for the handmade artists and crafters. All decisions made by the jury will be final.

The Washington State Summer Con wants to support the efforts and talents of each handmade vendor and is sponsoring each booth on Craftor’s Row to reduce the cost for these vendors.  The number of these booths will be limited to 7 to 12.  Vendors that are not accepted into Crafter’s Row may be given the option to purchase a Standard 10′ x 10′ Vendor Booth if Crafter’s Row sells out.
