Pat Fraley, a Seattle native, is a legendary voice actor with a career spanning over four decades and more than 125 credits. Renowned for his versatility, Fraley has voiced iconic characters in animation, anime, video games, and live-action projects, earning a reputation as one of the industry’s most prolific talents.

Fraley’s breakout role came in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987-1996), where he voiced Krang, Casey Jones, Baxter Stockman, and others, becoming a staple of 1980s animation. He starred as Marshal BraveStarr in BraveStarr (1987-1988) and Thunderstick. Other notable animated series include G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero (1985) as Ace and Airtight, Rainbow Brite (1984) as Lurky and Buddy Blue, The Littles (1983) as Slick the Turtle, and TaleSpin (1990) as Wildcat. He voiced young Scrooge McDuck in DuckTales (1987) and contributed to Monsters, Inc. (2001), Toy Story 2 (1999), Chicken Little (2005), and The Wild (2006) with additional voices.

In anime, Fraley lent his voice to Porco Rosso (1992) as Bellini, Princess Mononoke (1997), Shin Chan as Principal Enzo and Masked Muchacho, and Tales from Earthsea (2006). His video game credits include Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (2003), Dragon Age: Origins (2009) as Beraht and Master Wade, and Evil Dead: A Fistful of Boomstick (2003). He also voiced Buzz Lightyear in Toy Story media, substituting for Tim Allen.

Fraley’s live-action work includes voicing the President in I Am Legend (2007) and Mr. Harris in ‘Til Death (2006). Additional roles in Casper’s Scare School, The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy (2004), and My Life as a Teenage Robot (2004) highlight his range.
