Dates: June 15-16, 2019
Hours: Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (VIP early access at 9:30 AM)
General Admission Information
- Admission to the event will be by bar-coded Wristbands in 2019.
- Admission Tickets/Wristbands will be mailed in April and periodically until June 1st.
- Admission Tickets/Wristbands purchased after June 1st can be picked up at WILL CALL at the event.
- Debit and Credit cards will be charged at time of purchase.
- All Washington State Summer Con Admission Tickets/Wristbands are non-refundable.
- Celebrity schedules and work commitments are subject to change.
- Summer Con Wristbands will be scanned at the door and must be worn at all times.
- Some Guests may charge additional fees for autographs and photo opportunities.
- Admission Tickets/Wristbands do not allow for access to after hours and Special Events.
- Panels, autograph sessions and photo opportunities have limited capacities and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The Washington State Fair and Events Center is ADA compliant. All Companions for those that require Medical Assistance will need to purchase their own ticket.
Child Ticket Details:
- Child Tickets/Wristbands are for children between the ages of 4 and 12 only, and must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children under 4 do not need a ticket, but do need a watchful parent.
- Have proof of age ready if attendant asks for it.
- Child Tickets/Wristbands are available on a first come, first serve basis.
- Once Child Tickets/Wristbands sell out, Children will need an Adult Ticket/Wristband to enter.

2-Day Passes are available online only and will not be sold at the box office. Online ticket sales will
close on 6/13/19. Ticket prices will be higher at the box office.
Autographs and Photo Ops
- Professional Photos and Autographs have additional fees for some guests.
- All Celebrities that are promoted are under contract to appear.
- If the Celebrity has an unforeseen conflict personally or professionally and can not make the event, the Washington State Summer Con will post a notice on the website and Facebook page immediately.
- No refunds will be given for admission tickets for a Celebrity’s cancellation.
- Any pre-purchase of autographs or photos will be refunded within 7 days if a celebrity would need to cancel their appearance.
