Comic Artist: Marvel

Ken Lashley is a cover artist for DC and Marvel, but also has spent significant time working with Star Wars, Lucasfilm and Hasbro. His credits include some amazing artwork for the popular Star Wars Unleashed toy lines as well as G.I. Joe and Transformers.

Ken Lashley’s love for comics started when he was a young boy growing up in Toronto. His mother bought him his first book… Black Panther. It was considered one the best runs in Black Panther history.

Ken has been a comic book veteran with a resume including such titles as Excalibur, X-Calibre: The Age of Apocalypse, Black Panther, X-Men, Spider-Man, Flash, JLA, Superman, Superman Doomed, and plenty of others others. He is one of comics go to cover artist, having done covers for Batwing, Ravagers, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, Superboy, Earth 2, Red hood and the Outlaws, Superman-Wonder Woman, Superman, Batman, Suicide Squad, X-Men, X-Men Gold as well as many others.

Outside of comics, Ken has worked for Hasbro, Lucasfilm, Mattel, and Fox Sports creating designs for such line as G.I. Joe, Transformers, Spider-Man, Avengers and Star Wars. Some of his work that he created for FOX Sports was nominated for a Emmy.
